The 7-mile Ann Griffiths Walk winds an enchanting course down the Vyrnwy valley from Pont Llogel to Pontrobert. The way marked route runs in harmony with sections of Glyndwrs Way, giving walkers various options including a 16 mile figure-of-eight excursion from Pont Llogel, plus two circular walks from Pont Llogel or Pontrobert.
A stone-surfaced path, suitable for wheelchairs, runs for several hundred metres downstream from Pont Llogel Car Park, alongside the turbulent waters of the Vyrnwy.
The walk is named after an 18th century hymn writer who took her inspiration from the beautiful local landscapes. The walk is distinguished by its ‘open bible’ on the way marked signs.
